The breakfast was good with a variety of options and the gym was well-equipped. The location was great, close to several tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was not clean, with hair found in the shower and on the bed. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.

Reception was ok. Lovely gardens, the place is 3 km away from the Puerto del Carmen downtown. Playa de los pocillos was in close proximity to the hotel...

All members of the staff was friendly. Playa de los pocillos in front of the hotel. Totally a relaxing experience. Lanzabar was set 5 minutes walk away.

The location of the hotel was quite good, with the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. There were two Al La Carte restaurants and guests could book it. the main restaurant offered a wide selection of food, including gluten-free options. the service was quite friendly, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods available. Some rooms had a nice view of the pool and there were enough sun loungers around the pool.
The hotel lacked facilities to dry clothing and towels after a swim or after rain.

Fantastic hotel with something for everyone. the food was great with plenty of options to choose from, including delicious Asian and Mexican themed restaurants. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. the location was perfect with a stunning beach just a short walk away and shops and restaurants nearby. the pool areas were well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers available even during busy times. We especially enjoyed the quieter pool area, perfect for a peaceful retreat.
The WiFi was extremely poor and seemed expensive for the quality. We also found it frustrating that the entertainment and bar area were all in the same place, getting quite noisy at times.
